• Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with original tags and any accompanying packaging or authentication materials.
• Final Sale: Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Approval Required: All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved. Unapproved returns may not be accepted or processed..
• Original Purchase: Returns or exchanges must be initiated by the original purchaser and require proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Gift cards are treated as a final sale, non-returnable and non-refundable.

The Purse Ladies is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase. At The Purse Ladies, all items are pre-owned and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process. Our team is thoroughly trained to look for any signs of wear or damage but are unable to foresee how future use will impact an item.

All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only. Once we receive your return, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

If your original order qualified for a promotion and you return an item that made you eligible for that promotion, your store credit will be adjusted to reflect the prorated value of the discount.

Please note:
Once store credit is issued and used toward a new purchase, that new item is considered Final Sale and is not eligible for return or additional store credit. Store credit cannot be cycled or re-issued.

Customers who have purchased items online or at one of our locations have two options for returns:

1. Use a pre-paid UPS shipping label provided by The Purse Ladies ($10)

2. Return at one of our locations (free)

We offer pre-paid UPS Standard Ground shipping labels for all domestic returns within 7 days of the shipped date. A $10 fee will be deducted from the return amount when processed. A UPS Ground label for domestic returns can be accessed when you initiate a return.

For those who purchase 10 items or more within a 6-month period and maintain a 70% or greater return rate, we do charge an automatic 10% restocking fee calculated as 10% of the sales price of the item being returned.
