You will receive an offer of up to 65% of the resale value.

What to Expect

The appointment you book is a drop-off appointment.

Once you arrive and drop off your items, we will provide you with an estimated time needed to authenticate and research resale pricing to ensure we present the best possible offer.

Evaluation Timeframe

Quotes typically take 20 minutes to 2 hours. Timing depends on:

1) Number of items dropped off (the more items you bring, the longer the evaluation may take)

2) Brand mix - Chanel, Hermes, and Jewelry may take longer to authenticate.

3) Overall appointment and item volume that day.

During the time we provide you with you’re welcome to:

Relax in the store and shop around
Run errands and return later. We will text you as soon as your quotes are ready.

Important Scheduling Notes

If your appointment is scheduled for a specific time (for example, 1:00 PM), you may drop your items off earlier in the day if needed. *Please note: the buyer will begin reviewing your items at your scheduled appointment time, not before.

If you are unable to review your quote the same day, please let us know. You may return to go over your offer at your earliest convenience within 7 days, or you may risk your items getting forfeited.

Appointments
Booking an appointment guarantees your items will be reviewed the same day. Your appointment time is for drop-off, and quotes are completed later that day.

*Please note that same there may be exceptions to same-day quotes for bulk orders that could take over a day.
If you have a bulk order, please give us a call and we will plan accordingly.

Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are welcome!!!

However, without a scheduled appointment, same-day quotes are not guaranteed. Walk-in evaluations are completed within a few days, depending on:

- Daily appointment volume

- Whether we have cancellations

- Number of pending walk-ins. We review them in the order we receive them.

Certain luxury pieces require additional review due to their rarity, value, and demand. These items may take longer to evaluate to ensure accuracy, authenticity, and the strongest possible offer.

Specialty Items Include:

Hermès Birkin & Kelly handbags
Fine jewelry, including Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels

Important Notes:

All Hermès and Goyard items are required to undergo third-party authentication
Fine jewelry must be accompanied by original paperwork or proof of purchase in order to be considered
Due to the caliber of these items, same-day completion may require additional time beyond standard evaluations

Recommended Appointment Days:

If you are bringing any of the items listed above, we strongly recommend booking your drop-off appointment on Monday, Thursday, or Saturday, when our specialty buyer is in-house.

Scheduling on one of these days helps ensure the most efficient review process.

Because our Jacksonville location operates with a smaller team, quotes typically take up to 48 hours to complete. Our buyer will keep you updated and reach out via text message once your quotes are ready.

When in doubt, please call our store and we will be happy to go over the brands you have prior to booking an appointment.

Oftentimes we will pay out higher prices for items that come with original receipts, dust bags / box , and have all the original pieces that came with your item.

Making sure items are clean and odor neutral will also add value. Items that are dirty or have an odor will often receive a lower quote due to condition.

Another trick is to bring in items that are ready for the upcoming season.
For example, bring us boots and brown items in the fall; floral and pastel items in the spring.
